About Sugargoo

Sugargoo Spreadsheet is a curated product database tied to Sugargoo's own purchasing system rather than a loose list of external links. It pulls sources from Taobao, 1688, Weidian and similar marketplaces, covers footwear, apparel, bags and lifestyle goods, and drops dead links and overpriced listings as it is refreshed. Every listing it surfaces is meant to flow straight into the platform's ordering, inspection, storage and shipping tools. For buyers in this niche, that matters because the spreadsheet only helps if the item you pick can actually be checked, stored and shipped under one order record.

Is Sugargoo legit?

Sugargoo is a real, operating agent with its own receiving warehouse, QC process and route network, not a clone site that borrows another agent's name. Our testing team placed orders through it and reviewed the resulting inspection photos. The practical test for any buyer is narrower: does the fee shown on your order match the marketing, and does the parcel arrive as photographed? Check both on a small first order before committing a large haul.

Where Sugargoo buyers are

Reported buyer distribution runs United States 21.13%, United Kingdom 18.48%, Australia 7.45%, Canada 6.69% and Belgium 4.64%. That spread explains the route mix: strong UK and EU lines alongside US economy options. If you are shipping somewhere quieter, expect fewer route choices and longer quotes rather than a guaranteed equivalent service.

What you actually pay

The bill is item price plus domestic shipping to the warehouse, plus international shipping, plus a flat ¥8 packing fee. Payment processing can add more, quoted as up to 15% on some methods, and extra photos or services may be chargeable. Insurance is optional and priced separately. Read the itemised statement line by line before confirming, and screenshot it in case the charge is disputed later.

International shipping examples

Published examples: United States from $30.98 via EUB(US) with 15–25 days in transit; United Kingdom at $1.08 per 100g via Royal Mail, around 11 days; Europe at $5.77 per 500g on an IOSS tax-free route, around 12 days. These are quotes, not promises — customs handling and peak-season backlogs move real delivery times. Estimated pricing also means the final figure changes once your parcel is weighed.

Selection and specification checks that matter

Most agent disputes start with the wrong variant, not a bad agent. Confirm the size chart in centimetres against a garment or shoe you own, not against a stated EU or US size. Check the version or batch name on the listing, the material composition, whether the item is in stock or pre-order, and what the seller includes in the box. Write the requirement into the order note so the QC photo can be judged against it.

How we estimate Sugargoo prices

Our item estimates use the source product price plus Sugargoo's published exchange rate, measured by us or taken from the rate the platform publishes. They exclude international shipping, optional insurance, domestic reshipping and any service or processing fee that appears at checkout. Coupon values may be threshold-gated, shipping-only or route-specific. Figures shown are as of 2026-04 and should be rechecked before you buy.

How to use Sugargoo

Shopping-agent guide

Treat the spreadsheet as a supplier shortlist, not a specification sheet. Open the original listing and confirm size chart, colourway, batch or version, material and dispatch window before you pay, because table headers rarely carry that detail. Decide what you will accept on QC: measure-based checks for shoes and outerwear, print placement and stitching for apparel. Keep an eye on warehouse arrival times so parcels do not stack up past the 100-day free window, and leave a clear note on custom or non-standard items so after-sales has something to work from.

  1. Pick items through Sugargoo's own data sheets

Start from Sugargoo Spreadsheet, which is integrated with the platform rather than a list of disconnected links. Clicking a listing should open a compliant purchase link that imports straight into your Sugargoo order. The six supported sources are Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, 1688, Weidian and Goofish; for anything else, submit the link through the self-service order form, and use the forwarding channel for parcels you bought yourself.

  2. Top up, order and settle at the published rate

Sugargoo runs a prepaid balance model: top up first, then place the order. Alipay top-ups, multi-currency bank transfers and major international cards are supported, with settlement based on a published rate of 6.72 as of April 2024. Record what the checkout charges you, because the advertised zero service fee and the 5.7%–15% fee range in the platform's own fact card do not match.

  3. Inspect QC photos before approving shipment

Orders are received at Sugargoo's Huizhou facility and photographed. The standard allowance is five free QC photos per item, with some pages promising five to seven; check colour, size markings, stitching, logos and accessory completeness against the original listing. Reject or exchange anything that fails before you consolidate, then use the free 100-day storage window to wait for the rest of the haul.

  4. Consolidate and choose a route

Submit items for packing, choose reinforced packaging or insurance if the value justifies it, and compare routes rather than defaulting to the cheapest. Published examples include a UK Royal Mail line at about $1.08 per 100g with roughly 11 days in transit and an EU IOSS route at $5.77 per 500g at about 12 days. Final shipping is repriced on the warehouse's measured weight and volume, so budget a margin.

Frequently asked

Is Sugargoo legit?

It is an established, operating agent with its own warehouse, QC photography and route network, and our team has ordered through it. Verify the fee shown on your own checkout, since the site's marketing and its published fact card describe fees differently.

Does Sugargoo really charge no service fee?

Its marketing says zero service fee and no exchange-rate markup, while the published fact card lists a 5.7%–15% fee range and card processing up to 15%. Confirm the exact charge at checkout before paying, and treat April 2024 figures as historical.

How do I check sizing and versions before ordering?

Open the original listing rather than the spreadsheet row, compare the centimetre size chart with a garment you own, and note the batch or version name and stock status. Put any specific requirement in the order note so QC photos can be judged against it.
