He spent six years on catalog and listing quality before moving to parcel inspection, where he built the four-timestamp order log the site still uses. He opened the desk in 2022 after a stretch of buying the same jacket from four different agents and receiving four different parcels. He writes most of the packaging and agent timing notes, and he reviews every score before it goes out.
